Booking schedule

• Choose a yacht and confirm.
• Pay 50% on reservation.
• Pay the remaining 50% at least 30 to 45 days before embarkation.
• For departures inside 60 days, pay 100% on booking.

Payment methods

Bank transfer

• Preferred method. Fast and secure.
• Funds go directly to our Italian or EU account shown on your invoice.
• You receive an invoice and payment confirmation.

Credit card

• Ask for a secure payment link.
• Enter your booking number and amount.
• A 3% card processing fee applies.
• Instant confirmation after approval.

Currency and conversion

• All invoices issued in EUR.
• Card payments processed in EUR.
• If your card uses another currency, your card issuer sets the rate. Small differences from the quoted EUR total are possible.

What you pay at the base in Italy

• Mandatory base extras listed in your offer, final cleaning, bed linen, outboard first fuel, etc.
• Security deposit, refundable card hold or cash per yacht model.
• Fuel used during the trip.
• Mooring and marina fees along your route. Water and electricity as used.
• Marine park permits where required, La Maddalena in Sardinia, Egadi in Sicily, Tuscan Archipelago zones.
• Managed mooring fields where required, Capri and selected Amalfi locations.
• Optional extras, skipper, hostess, cook, SUP, kayak, Wi-Fi, early check-in, water toys, provisioning.
• Any local taxes shown in your offer.

Security deposit options

• Refundable security deposit, released after check-out if no damage.
• Or a damage-waiver package with a smaller refundable part.
• Choose the model that fits your risk level.

Invoices and receipts

• Every payment matched to an invoice.
• Bank transfer receipts and card confirmations stored and shared on request.
• Contract, crew list, and base details sent after booking.

Our guarantee

• If the booked yacht is not available on arrival due to a supplier issue, we provide an equal or better yacht or a full refund per contract terms.
• All payments handled through EU-regulated banks and PCI-compliant gateways.
• GDPR-compliant data handling.
