Your mission
Guide guests from inquiry to check-in. Keep bookings accurate. Make the process simple.
What you do
- Answer emails and calls
- Prepare offers and contracts
- Hold options, confirm payments, update the system
- Coordinate check-ins at the marina in high season
- Liaise with base staff, skippers, and suppliers
- Help guests with transfers, provisioning, and special requests
What you need
- Two languages, English and Italian required, German or French is a plus
- Strong writing and phone skills
- Computer skills and fast typing
- Minimum high school degree
- B category driving license
- Travel or hospitality experience is a plus
- Calm under pressure and detail focused

Skipper
Your mission
Keep guests safe. Run the yacht. Deliver a relaxed holiday.
What you do
- Skipper weekly charters and transfers
- Handle docking, anchoring, and route choices by weather
- Brief guests on safety and boat use
- Protect the yacht and manage daily checks
- Advise routes, bays, and restaurants
- Support check-ins and technical handovers when needed
What you need
- Valid skipper license accepted in Italy, ICC or national equivalent
- VHF Short Range Certificate
- Proven experience on catamarans
- Two languages, English and Italian required
- First aid skills. STCW is a plus
- Strong people skills and patience
- Knowledge of local rules and marine parks

Marina Crew
Your mission
Prepare yachts to a high standard. Be the first and last friendly face at the dock.
What you do
- Assist with haul-out, cleaning, and fitting between charters
- Check inventories, safety gear, and systems
- Support technical teams and vendors
- Meet and guide guests during check-in and check-out
- Keep the dock tidy and safe
What you need
- Two languages, English and Italian preferred
- Hands-on mindset and basic tool skills
- Marina or tourism experience is a plus
- Boat handling skills are a plus
- Discretion and reliability
